Sandy & Richard’s Wedding was an extremely fun wedding for us, I mean look at the images, need I say more.  We really loved this couple and got so many great opportunities to flex our creative muscles. Their ceremony took place at the Hyatt Regency in Newport Beach which is a very modern and spacious venue.   The reception was held at the Black Gold Golf Course in Yorba Linda, CA which is a private and very secluded golf course with an amazing view of the Orange County Skyline and an extremely friendly staff. The images from this wedding cover a wide variety of photographic approaches ranging from photo journalism to just plain fun and memorable shots. It was also at this event that we met an awesome videographer, Ethan of Ethan J Studios, his website is www.ethanjstudios.com and boy do we love his style of videography, needless to say we’ll be collaborating with Ethan on more projects in the future.

We had so much fun with Siri & Kunal on our day long excursion through Bronxville, NY. There are so many places in Bronxville that offer a nostalgic and warm feeling which match well with the obvious emotional connection between Siri and Kunal.  This is a brief story of how these two met and how their story together began.

Stuti (common friend & match maker) set up an informal date at a Bollywood movie serendipitously called New York, New York! The ironic thing was that Siri actually dated one of the actors in the film they were watching (also introduced by Stuti) and poor Kunal had to sit through the entire movie wondering why the two girls were giggling. To make a long story short, Siri just wanted to be friends with Kunal but at the end she was was touched by Kunal’s sincerity and charming ways! Kunal was a true gentlemen and courted Siri until her heart just gave in and after many attempts and just being friends he took a chance and courageously held her hand for the first time at the movie “500 Days of Summer”, she responded by not letting him go and the rest is history.

Now it is time to enjoy the images from this love story. What a romantic meet up  :)

Fluffy clouds and light breezes set the tone for this wedding at a private estate called Levyland in Carlsbad, California (20 minutes north San Diego). The wedding took place on the beach very close to the house. It was a clear sunny day with waves breaking on the beach as the background symphony for the wedding ceremony. It was an intimate wedding with family members sitting, standing and gathering around the couple to wish them well.  What a beautiful backdrop for photographing Ani + Rick, the bridal party, family members and all of their friends.  Amazing blue skies, clouds and pastel colors surrounded the couple and their guests.  Congratulations to Rick + Ani!  What an amazing day!  Thank you for having us there to capture your happiness!

It was a bright and windy day in downtown Los Angeles. The engagement session started out with a chai tea latte and a green tea blended drink, and they were good drinks. Then we drove off with Gaby and Alex to their engagement session, which was a very fun one to say the least.  We started out in the LA Arts District where we used the buildings and local color as a backdrop.  We walked over to the Disney Concert Hall which is a magnificent building and a perfect backdrop for almost any event. We continued our walk through the upper part of downtown LA where Gaby and Alex took a ride on the Angels Flight Trolley.  We then experimented with the lighting in the downtown tunnels where we got pictures of our couple highlighted by the cascading telescoping effect of the cars as they drove by us. Our final location for our day was on the 4th street bridge with the historic street lights on and the sunset illuminating the sky.  We concluded the photo session with this amazing couple as the sunset faded, everyone was in great spirits and we look forward to being there for Gaby and Alex for the August wedding☺.

We had a fun and amazing engagement photo session with Ariel & Jamie. Since they lived by the beach, they decided to have their session at the Newport Beach Pier and then by the rocky cliffs of Laguna Beach. Their Wedding is coming up later on this year and we are looking forward to that as well. Thank you both of you for a very fun session.

Michelle & William’s Wedding was really fun at the Four Season Biltmore in Santa Barbara. The venue is awesome and right down by the beach so the breeze was nice. The event coordination for this event was done by Imagine… Weddings & Special Events, LLC Santa Barbara. Rebecca is the person who runs Imagine and let me tell you she is the best wedding coordinator that you will ever have! Take a look at what she has orchestrated  from the images below. Brianna & Caleb Engagement Session in Santa Barbara was more like an engagement tour. This is where we spend at least half a day and just go site seeing with the lovely couple from Colorado. Some of the places that we got to were the Santa Barbara Mission, Santa Barbara Court House, Douglass Family Preserve on the Bluff, the Arlington Arcade near the Santa Barbara Museum, Alice Keck Park. Just a fun time with the Lovely couple. So why don’t you come have a fun photo session with me too

It goes without saying the famous phase we usually hear about Rome is “when in Rome you do as Roman do.” True, but just to visit the city and site without any kind of formal photo session like all tourist is not how I roll. After all I am a artist in Rome. So here you have it, 5 days in Rome, Italy and 2 photo sessions later, I have captured my friend Noemi a True Italian in the streets and piazza of Rome in multiple clothing style and fashion. Just when we thought we are already creative, we just gone out and push ourself further. Here are some of the images photographed using the traditional black and white infrared film which is extremely hard to find. In fact they just don’t manufacture it anymore; sad actually, but the result from it are so unique and amazing unlike anything else. Check out these amazing images from the wedding session below. Here are some of the images that we photographed with Jennifer at the Venetian in Las Vegas. The images came out spectacular and we couldn’t be any happier with the result. These images are the result from available light only no flash use at all. We time the sessions correctly to get the great lighting which compliments the people we are working with. The technique use here to get these images are almost proprietary Wedding 64, which sets us apart from the rest of the industry. Enjoy these images….
